Guidelines

Instructions:

  1. Begin by opening the provided links to the challenge which automatically applies the Monkeytype settings needed for that specific challenge.
  2. Once you complete that challenge, hover your cursor over the ‘wpm’ to the left of the graph as seen in the example here, and take a screenshot of your results (on windows use Win + Shift + S for a screengrab, and for MacOS use Command + Shift + 4, and if you’re on Linux then good for you).
  3. Verify your completion by uploading the screenshot to the #post-your-scores channel on our Discord, along with the challenge that the result corresponds to. You will know when you’re attempt has been accepted, as your submission will be reacted to with a ‘thumbs-up’ by a moderator.
  4. Complete as many challenges as you can until the competition concludes on the 9th of December. The winners will be the top 3 contestants with the most points by the end of the competition. If there is a tie, a grand finale will be held in Discord.
  5. The leader board will be periodically updated to show who is in the lead throughout the competition.

  • You MUST follow the requirements for each challenge. If these requirements are not followed, you will be subject to disqualification. To prevent disqualification, use the included links to guarantee the correct format.
  • By participating in this competition and by being a member of the KeebSoc Discord, you agree that you’re following the rules set out by KeebSoc. This includes cheating and manipulation of results, of which severe action will be taken to any found in breach of.
  • You MUST have fun. There will be no exceptions 😀
